Birthday Wishes brings the fun of a birthday to the children living in the shelter. Homeless children often miss out on the recognition, joy, and fun that come with celebrating a birthday. Board members Chloe and Hannah wanted to make a difference for these children and their families by providing a birthday party, complete with presents, decorations, and cake, at which other families at the shelter are invited to join in and share the fun! Birthday celebrations will happen monthly and each child with a birthday that month will receive individually wrapped gifts that match their interests.
